Our black label products are for Chinese medicine practitioners and students of Chinese medicine only. 

These products are classically based in the Shang Han Lun and Jin Gui Yao Lue. It is your responsibility to know what they are indicated for, and how to use them. Unlike our red label, these products do not give any indications of how they should be used.

When purchasing black label products, you agree to not sell them on the internet, or list them on your website or shopping cart. For now, this is an honor based system. These products are not for retail sale on the internet, nor will they be from anyone except for us, and should only be dispensed from practitioner to patient.

Additionally, by buying these products you acknowledge that you are a practitioner or an enrolled student in Chinese medicine. We will check whether you are licensed or in school, but we hope to not resort to more drastic measures such as forms and signatures.

How the discounts work:

We have now changed all of our products to be mix and match, so now you can order your black label and red label products together. We have also added one more tier of discount for practitioners, as well as reduced the amount of volume needed to attain discounts.

Discounts are shown on the shopping cart page underneath the sub-total.

We are also offering free shipping on purchases of $600.00 or more (after discounts have been applied). Tea has been added to this, so Tea purchases now count towards the total for free shipping.

Tea Discounts

Our Tea discounts are separate than our other products, but these discounts will also be automatically applied when the requirements below are met:

Currently we are offering Tea discounts by weight (this way you can buy as many different teas as you want - mix and match). This is structured as such:

5 oz to 13.99 oz = 10% off.
14 oz to 4.99 lbs = 15% off.
5 lbs and up = 20% off.
