We make small batch, artisan cocktail bitters. Our names use a combination of the two primary ingredients, therefore Manganero contains mango and habanero as the two primary ingredients, Cacanero is cacao and habanero, AOC2 is anise, orange peel, cardamom, and chipotle, etc. Our cocktail bitters may come in a small bottle, but they have a giant flavor, and we know that the connoisseurs of craft cocktails out there, will love tasting them!

If you are a purchasing manager for grocery, a bar, a restaurant, or a liquor store, please set up an account using the "My Account" link, then send us an email telling us which product line you are interested in. We will then be able to set up a wholesale account for you and provide you with a price sheet and free delivery. We can provide our Oregon Department of Agriculture license number and our liability insurance upon request. Lastly, we do not accept "terms" for our Bitters product, so if in the Portland metro area, we will accept cash or check upon delivery. If outside the Portland metro area, we ask that you use our secure website here, and pay with credit card.
